That way of eating (and I do admit now) that it was extremely different from the norm, did only last about 3-4 months. I was basically eating the way I felt, meaning I did not do it based on some conscious reason of (say) like bodybuilders do today of wanting to increase their protein, calories, or whatever. I simply woke up at 7am sharp for 4 months, and walked over to the cafeteria, where it all began. .
P.S I was a bit late to the party on this one, Oni i don't understand why you think your such king shit? There are so many people in this game that deserve the respect more so due to there longevity, yet anything that is not your way is wrong...

Fuck it makes consuming large amounts of quality calories so much easier when everything is cooked and set out in front of you. Last cruise I went on I was eating myself stupid non stop, upwards of 15 whole plates of food a day. Although it was only for 9 days, I didnt gain any weight.
