Hi all i was your searching the wide world web and came across this play Ausbb - Australian bodybuilding so i thought that this would be a good place to ask my muscle building question. Due to work commitments i can only manage to fit in a 2 day routine so was wondering if somebody could help me out with a two day split that I could use.

Hi Dink,

So your goal is muscle building?
I would be going for the compounds primarily.

How about something like this:

Day 1:
Bench press
Incline bench press
Shoulder press
Dips
Curls

Day 2:
Squats
Deadlifts
Stiff leg deadlifts
Chin ups
Rows
