3 day routine advice needed

due to family and work commitments I can only train 3 days a week
The routine I have been using is:

MON
Shoulders/Legs
WED
Back/Bi's
FRI
Chest/Tri's

Is there any other routine that I should use that would be more beneficial to growth?
 
looks ok to me . me personally i would pair shoulders and chest together so that all your pushing is done in one day
