Here's a video of what i believe to be a great start to a mobility drill workout before working out. Since starting my strength & conditioning course i've become more & more aware of flexibility & mobility training.

I've thus become a big fan of dynamic, ballistic & PNF stretching.

Thanks for this! I have hip mobility issues so I'll make sure I do something like this before I squat and deadlift
 
I gave my clients a copy of the Magnificent Mobility DVD.

I've always been against static stretching for warm ups.
