Advice regarding steroids & injuries

I play football and have a few injuries that I just can't shake. The doc gives me regular cortisone injections but that's a bit hit n miss. Anyone used stuff to help assist/speed up recovery and if so what did you use. Appreciate any advice.
I'm 177cm and currently weigh 100kgs.

Cortisone doesnt heal injuries, it just reduces inflammation and pain. Ditch the cortisone and take a few weeks off to rest and recover.

IGF-1 LR3 is what you want
50mcg a day will last you 20 days and cost you around $90 with Australian prices

Thanks.

So I now have my supplements in a 2ml vial with a strength of 500mcg/mL
(Itropin, Distilled Water & Acetic Acid). When using do I add extra water to alleviate the sting? And do I still use bilaterally or around the injured areas. What about rest days?
