Hey guys,

not sure if this is the right place to post but just need some advice. I have just switched from a split routine to a full body routine and during my routine my ears get blocked. Similar to when your on a plane and you change altitudes. However after my routine when I'm on my way home its pretty bad. I can't hear myself speak and I just feel sick afterwards. Like I down my protein shake and its hard to stomach, almost feels like coming out. It doesnt happen all the time to that extent with the protein shake but the ear thing is really annoying. It didnt happen when I was doing the split routine except for leg day and it wasnt that bad, it was bearable. Only thing I notice is that the full body routine is more taxing and i'm pretty much buggered once i'm finished.

Any help is appreciated.

Mate get a dr to look in your ear. I had a similar thing happening to me and they flushed it with a solution and after a few minutes this chunk of hard wax and shit fell out it was fucking massive.

It coinciding with changing routines is probably only a coincidence.
