Alcohol?!?!?

Got fucking hammered for the first time in 6 months on the weekend, had a good time saw some mates at the pub that i havent seen in a long time, was it worth it....... no it wasnt. The next day i felt like absolute shit and really sick in the stomach hardly ate anything. 2 days later i still have no motivation and really pissed of at myself for drinking, i havent gone to the gym yet i bet my lifts will suffer, end result drinking is fucked, fucks you up pysically and mentally. Im not drinking again till new years eve
Glad you answered your own question

Camping trip away. Much alcoholz consumed. (and lots of activity also) Lost some weight and fat (via calipers) this week. See if I can PR deadlift today. If I can, I may have found the answer :p (American Honey is good stuff by the way)
You are Epic my friend! Srs

I keep a well stocked bar and have a slushy maker for alcoholic slushies! However only drink on the rare occasion and never surpass 4 drinks. That is my number.

Well, Martin is the king of IIFYM nothing is off limits with him (as it shouldn't be) :D

You need to youtube that drunk hand stand pushups shit!

I've only recently started enjoying 'a' glass of red wine again after nearly 2.5 years of hardly anything. I think after so long of not drinking my body was able to handle it ok as I didn't feel like crap at all. I was expecting to feel pretty yucky the next day. In my 20's I drank a lot! Ahh back in the party days *fondly reminisces* :D but back then I could still drag my sorry ass to the gym the next day and work it off. I'd die if I did that today!

deep thanks for your pm, I tried to pm back but I need to clock up some posts first ;)

I am happy to still have a few drinks and I feel fine the next day, unless you over do it........the key is moderation, no need not to drink for me, just not drink till you throw up, and just not drink every day.

That's it for me anyway.

If I deny myself I will crave it, if I say to myself I can have a drink if I want to I have no cravings, same with pizza and other rubbish, it's what you do 90% of the time that matters, the other 10% are free!

PS I don't smoke or do any other drugs of any kind, don't drink soft drinks, unless when mixed with Jim Beam:)

Not quite quick enough for vids of drunken HSPU's. Maybe in the future though :)

And confirmation that weekend drinking = Monday deadlift PR's for me! YEW!
