An interesting take on the process of fat loss

Last one I watched on TV said things like "You need to work out for 5 hours to burn off one whole large pizza therefore it is pointless exercising to lose weight".... Fucking annoying. Is this one good?
 
I can't watch those shows, they make me cringe.
