Bench Dips

Standard dips for the win. Position body more upright for greater tricep focus, or have the legs slightly out in front as if doing a leg raise and then try dipping like that. Fully pumped bro.

What positon would you adopt, if you had an extra 40kg around your waist?

40kg now that's a challenge! With a weight belt, standard dips with legs fully extended for sure. Imagine a gold medal gymnist giving a cirque soleil style performance at the olympics.

YouTube vid would be better if I could be bothered

My elbows would explode from that atm

Does anyone actually feel much tricep usage in the super contracted part of skulls (acute elbow angle)

Skulls yes but I do em with EZ curl bar lying on a bench not like that^^. Never let the joint take the weight though, maintaining tension on the tris.

Used to do 100 Bench Dips every night when I 1st started training (for prob 18 month/2 years) and I now have 20 1/2 inch arms.....enough said....
