Ask if u can work in with them. Note only use this when the gym is busy (like summer time on a monday). If your looking ripped/or in good shape. Most of the time they will say yes but go a shade of rosey red and try to avoid eye contact in case they wet their panties looking at u do bicep curls.

girl - Sure
ceffo - starts curling (and uses his peripheral vision to see she is checking him out curling)
