Was just wondering what is the best way to check ones body fat ? My wife has those scales at home that tell you but i think there a bit iffy , have you got to get those pinching things ?

NSW mate ill have a look now , our scales say im 16-17 % but i really think im less then that , maybe not haha .

Good scientific measurement. If anything moves you're fat. If doesn't you're not. Probably doesnt work for females.

There is a difference between wobbles bits jiggly bits.

I however I need to wear my jocks as the jiggly bits take a shot.

You might need to wear a brazier wingboy

hahaha , this is what i mean not that much wobbles in the mirror and it still says that much , there site says its about $80 so thats ok and a trip to the city is always good for a look .

I like goosey's method.

If you want to compare results over time, accumeasure calipers are cheap on ebay. I don't believe the %'s it gives me but the mm don't lie.
