Break after training?

If anything a week off after a extend period of high intensity training will increase your lifts/motivation in the gym to lift more.

Missing one day - will not hurt your lifts at all.

Depends how much you deloaded to prep for 1rm imo.

If it was a big deload I'd get straight back into it.

Hrmm, Im going to test my 1RM in a week time but today session was terrible I couldn't even push pass 120kg and im taking a week off next week. Not too sure if it will affect me or not, need have a look at my diet might just carb up.

You will have good and bad sessions - 1 bad session does not mean anything - if you have a week or 2 consistently where your sessions are slowly going downhill then start to think about it.

Exactly. After beginner gains are passed no one goes up every day.

Yeah was feeling abit down after today session as silly as it sounds, "1 bad session doesn't mean anything" makes me feel better hopefully I can come back and smash it.
