For the main 5-
Bench Press - 110kg x 6
Squat - 110kg x 10 (ATG, I am just bringing this up again after improving my form)
Deadlift - 140kg x 6 (I need straps for any more weight, my grip sufferes after this)
Bent Over Row - 80kg x 10 (Should really step this up)
Military Pres - 65kg x 6 (I am weak at this)
I never do 1RM, I would like to but fear an injury when trying to push it. I like to be able to really handle a weight with good form before jumping up in weight.
