Assuming the Aussies have masters lifting, what sort of total do i need to qualify.

Also, I was not at the comp; I was the one sending you texts to let you you know it was not working online.

Nevertheless, saw enough to be impressed, including involvement of relative novices. I also your passion for the sport and helping people on this site.
 
Your in, Masters dont need to qualify, only Open Men. See you in Albury, or my Qualifier before hand if you need some practice.

I am going to print up some of these Gregg Cards, hand them out
 
I'm waiting with baited breath when prorawtwo will be. I think me and dan will come down and lift. Looks like such an awesome event.

Great young teen coming through, he is Adrians son and I'm pretty sure it was his first comp.

He finished with 140/130/220 - 490kg

Greg informed me that the Record boards have been updated.

He asked me to send a list of the records broken/set at Southern States, its linked to the Excell spread sheet we use off scoring, very easy.

I stayed up last night going over every lift and record.

When the dust settled, 24 competitors, 8 broke existing records, 4 set records in empty classes.

There were 39 National Records set/broken on the day.

Johnathon and Monica stuffed up and could have added 2 more lifters and 2 more records.

Stumpy Chapman dropped a 200kg deadlift, and a total record with it
