currently bulking have gone from 77 to 79.5 in just over 2 weeks. have been using jack3d for 7 weeks now but have stopped as the tub has finished (and tolerance has been built). i never do any cardio and sometimes i get papilations if i climb up stairs and can get puffed out after a short time.
i know my cardio is lacking atm and want to bring it up, however im bulking and want to obviously gain weight not loose it. any tips on bringing up cardio with minimal weight loss? i was thinking around 30 - 40 minutes moderate cycling 2 - 3 times a week rather than all out sprinting etc
