Chicken Livers

Are chicken livers good for you?

I love these, but should I eat them often, or should they be left for a cheat day or a very occasional snack.
 
I don't even know what to say to that...you love Chicken Liver? It might just be me but wow..

Based on nutrition facts it looks I wouldn't make it a huge staple of your diet but its got lots of protein and a little bit of fat but looks like alot of cholesterol as well..

If you can manage to keep it down have it occasionally I guess...I'd rather not make myself hurl.

Im sure it has some benifits, by I could NOT stomach liver.

Completely agree with Gauche. Why is something that filters or that crap out of our body a delicacy?
 
I also love chicken livers. No help on whether you should eat them or not as part of your diet but i love them cooked till slightly pink inside and serve with some cous-cous - simple/easy/beautiful

Also, pate - cooked till pink.

Livers can be nice, depends who cooks them. Perhaps you fellas have had them cooked poorly.
