compression gear

What are your thoughts?

Do they work?

Reason I ask is because I have a constant shoulder pain which is bearable but I was wondering if the compression tee would help whilst benching for instance? Or is there something else?

I used to use the knee warmer thing a few times for my knee which I think helps to keep the area warm and it works so I was after some recommendations.

I would work out why you've got the pain rather than look for a band aid solution.

I do find they reduce my doms a lot if I have a week off for instance but don't usually train in the gear, just recovery.

I don't think they do anything at all. I wear skins at footy training in the middle of winter only because it's cold.

^ exactly this! Lol
I wear skins while training in winter cos it's fucking cold in the shed!!

I use to wear skins when rowing surf boats in winter (in Tassie) cause it was cold at 6am.

I don't think they do anything else

I wear cycling gear when road cycling, get funny looks, not sure why, maybe cos a look like a gimp in it.

It seems the consensus is to give it a miss. I was thinking about getting an aldi special one just to try it but I'll think about it.
