Hey all,
Just doing a few photo's after I dropped the fat I gained from my last bulk.
And I noticed unflexed that my right lat seems more developed than my left.
I have an idea why this is, as I have always trained with two hands, but obviously my left arm is stronger than my right even though my right is dominant.
As you can see there is a fair bit of difference!!
Some one arm DB rows might be in order? Anyone know of a time frame? Or how many sets per workout I should do extra to correct this weakness?
