No noticeable results, what did you expect? It takes a week for peak saturation levels when you load it, if you going to notice anything it will be from then onwards, very slightly increase in strength thats about it. Tiny bit of acne some people get.

Just get the powder, who knows what is in the capsules!
Does it even tell you how much actual creatine you are getting?
I bet by the time you work out how much you get in a capsule (my guess is probably a few gram per serve) I would not be surprised if you are paying about $200-300 per kilo of creatine.
As unless the capules are absolutely huge you would need heaps to make up a basic maintenance serve of 5 gram.
Some capsules called Creatine Nitrate. APS No, idea if it was cheap or not. Looks decent though.
What did I expect? dunno. Bottlle says take 4 caps 40 mins pre workout and 4 directly after, so possibly somethingWill see what happens over the next week.

Either take your serves with your 'whole food' meals and/or take a larger portion before you go to bed to avoid stomach upset.i've just started creatine loading based on the 20g/day for 5 days model - any suggestions for how to avoid upset stomach? my guts are pretty weak and taking 5g at a time, 4 times a day is still leaving my guts a bit unhappy for an hour or so after eating.
is there anything i should or shouldn't be taking it with it to prevent upset stomachs? so far i've just been adding 5g to my protein drinks which i drink with milk, but the creatine seems pretty tasteless so i imagine i could easily take it with juice or something...
