Every morning at my gym its always cardio bunnies, bros and old fogies. I outlift the lot. I must be great. I'm going to tell them their.opinion.doesn't.count.on.anything.coz.I.out.total.them ........... coz gerry. said too! :)

might be better as group motivation.its just an idea.wilks score would be a starting point maybe?best comp results only to keep it simple.i think if anyone was interested then having a distinction betwen feds would be better as theres a difference in rules etc.

This dopey kunt can't even handle a challenge in that other thread and yet calls for a ranking system for the whole forum? Haven't lol'ed so hard in ages :rolleyes:

This was boggling my mind. Couldn't work out wtf was going on. Glad someone else noticed
 
I think you need to start your own forum gezza. AusPL perhaps? Then maybe, just maybe you can start calling out members as they join. Don't come to a body-building forum and ask every kunce to compete in power lifting

yeah he squats 100 kgs less than me yet i cant handle him in a powerlifting comp.maths isnt your strong point einstein.

obviously your mind is boggled easily.i recommend you and dumnaut over here run full force-- head first into each other.we ll call that a challenge..yeah lets do that..the challenge where you and dumnaut get to see who has the harder head.
