Dangerous exercises

Are there any exercises or lifts that you consider to be dangerous? Ones that you should only perform if you are a seasoned lifter?

I think the seasoned lifters face more danger due the the amount of weight moved.
Look at bench, who will do more damage dropping the bar, the newb with 50kg or the grunter with 150?

yes, any lift, but especially power and Olympic lifts when pushing one's limits or lifting with incorrect form.

The Snatch, but only because I am absolutely crap at it. Never been coached to do it properly and books just don't cut it IMO.
