Deadlifting

Training your weakest point allows your strength to translate better into other life situations, for example if you needed to pick something heavy up it is unlikely you would have any straps handy. Though why you'd need to pick up anything that heavy could also be argued lol.

Ha ha yeah in an ideal world - my friends all seem to be 'busy' when there's work to be done. I've moved house 4 times in the last year and every single time they just couldn't make it to help ha ha...
