I have to confess. I have no motivation! The harder
I work the less it feels like I'm getting anywhere... let
alone to 10% body fat!!!
I'm miserably failing at my eating regime. WTF is going on?
Anyway, that's my progression so far.
Also when does this comp end? I may have lost before
starting!!!

First of all, focus on what your goal is.
Second of all, if you want to get 'down' to 10% body fat, it is
all about your diet my friend. No magic unicorn is going to fall out of the sky and wave it's tail over your body lol It's up to you.
You can't eat copious amounts of shit and continue lifting and expect to drop weight. You won't.
Clean up that diet. Pronto!
I have absolute faith you can do this, but you need to commit Devante. Is it what you want? Maybe you're aiming for too much? Why don't you break it down into short term increments of fat loss first?
How much fat would you like to lose?
I'm not in the comp, but I had over 90kg's to lose when I started my journey, to think of that was defeating in and of itself! So I thought only in 5kg increments. It was easy to focus, be consistent and see success that way.
Today, 14 months later, I've lost over 75kgs
Mentally, you need to get in the right space.
