Stats: 6ft 1, 90kg.

Meal 1: 1 cup oats, 3 eggs, 1 banana, 200ml milk.

Meal 2: 250g brown rice, 150g tuna.

Meal 3: 100g chicken, salad/veges.

Meal 4: 100-150g chicken or red meat, veges or salad, sometimes pasta. (This is dinner with the family, rest of the meals are prepared by me. Can't leave food left on the plate LOL).

Meal 5: Handful almonds, dates, prunes, dried apricot, 40g protein powder with water.

PWO: 1 cup of oats, 20g protein powder, water.

Meal 6: 400ml milk, 30g protein powder, more prunes.

Anything I could change or do better? :D

silly question but why so many apricots and dates and prunes?
I'd have the runs all day if that was me.

Something I have incorporated from Fadi's diet plans. Great taste and they keep the "movements" regular. Especially good when eating larger volumes of food. Great snack food, healthy too!!!
