Hi all. Just joined the forum.
I like to research supplements before I buy them and found some interesting information on the AIS website about Glutamine.( I can't paste the URL because this site doesn't allow it until I lodge 15 or more posts
) You can find the reports by googling Australian Institute of Sport then going to the Nutrition link, then Supplements link, then Supplement resources, then Supplement research summaries.
I have read and heard that Glutamine is used as a recovery supplement. Interestingly the AIS findings show it has no impact on performance increase.
AIS blows holes in some other supplements too.
I don't take Glutamine as a separate supplement. I find that everything from carb supplements to protein blends include Glutamine.
Wondering what your thoughts about the AIS findings are.
