Fat Burner

Is there such thing? Any with scientific evidence, besides stimulants?

And yes...I understanding training and diet is enough.

You might want to try raspberry ketones. They have been proven to work as b3 adrenal agonists and on a study done on mice increased lipolysis. 250mg taken 30 minutes before each meal works well according to most people that have used it. Omega3 fish oil also helps a lot, take 15g with every meal and you will soon lean out

There is awesome fat burner that has been used for years, if is called a 'calorie deficit'........Google it ;)

Oh Oni, studies done on 'MICE' are meaningless for Human purposes ;)

Yeah, but imo it's still a good indicator of what might work. I'm willing to spend $20 to test something out if it gets good results in none-human studies :p

Have you seen anything about raspberry ketones? People seem to get decent results with it on various forums and you can't fake a thermogenic effect lol

Many of the studies done on rodents have not had any similar effects on humans, regardless of the what the study was about. It is unfortunate but human physiology is not identical to rodents, so the studies can not be viewed as practical for humans.

Raspberry ketones is as above, I've only seen studies done on rodents have shown positive results. No human study has produced anything worth noting :)

On things that help or play any sort of role in the whole 'fat burning' process are Yohimbine, epinephrine/norepinephrine, Clen, L-tyrosine and MCT oil.........
