Ok so I just bought 3kg of WPC, 500g of creatine mono and 1kg of Oatmass from FM.

Im fine with the suplementation of protein, just had a few questions about creatine and the oatmass. If anybody could answer that would be great thnx!

- Im going to gradually saturate with the creatine with a cycle of 8 weeks 5-10 grams per day. Does this sound good for someone on their first cycle of creatine?

- And Im going to have one serve of oatmass during work mixed with WPC. Is this a good meal replacement?

I don't believe in cycling creatine.... after all it's an amino acid, I'm yet to see a study proving that it needs to be cycled. I haven't stopped taking creatine for over a year now. 5-10 grams of creatine is sufficient.

As for Oatmass/WPC - that's fine, just make sure your eating properly as well.

I am with craft on this, it is a nutritional supplement not a drug.
 
Thanks guys, however many threads even on this site talk about cycling on/off. Ill see how i go.
