Got a free (3/4) tub of Controlled Labs Glycer Grow about 2 years ago.
Wouldn't know if it worked or not. Hard to tell to be honest.

ive got glycergrow.. and flashover.. massive pumps off the stuff.. like the best ive ever had off a supplement.. have to drink huge amounts of water intra-workout though..

downside is the water retention for a few days.. all puffed up. so great for a bulk.. not so much for contest prep i would presume
