Golden Gains

I'm happy with making it from raw ingredients as I currently do that. But I'm now looking for something for time efficient, that's more of a "scoop-n-go" as opposed to chucking a whole lot of stuff in a blender.

I scoop whey and 1 scoop carbohydrate source. Very quick. No blender required just a shaker cup.

I just don't think all that other stuff they have thrown in is required post workout because you will be eating about 30-45 mins after your shake.

But if your lazy or just had your heart set on it just buy it.

I usually try to pack my post workout shake with protein, carbs, good fats and anti-oxidants.

Maybe all those aren't necessary, but they sure help with the taste :D
