Hi, I have been doing a lot reading about deit and nutrition and ground beef keeps coming up. What kind of meat is this? I have never seen anything like that in the supermarket, is it something I should go to a butcher and ask for?
Just mince mate. I don't really want to know what it's made up of as I have turkey mince a fair bit.
If you've got good connections you can get a butcher to do a better job, and maybe a better price also.
