In on this! After 6 months of getting into weight training things sort of came to a halt. Bit of shit going on in life and illness after illness I decided a break was in order before I broke.
Currently at 68kgs. Will be looking to put on 4-5kgs over the next few months and get this weak looking body moving. Been getting back into the beginners program since New Year and will progress with that to try and get back to where I was. Hell does strength disappear quick.
