Hi everyone, just a little about myself.

Have been working out for about 7 years. Love the feeling of getting a workout done rather than regretting not doing it. That simple.

I am 47, 48 in Feb
187 cm tall
My weight has been up to 115 kg and as low as 84 kg of the last 7 years.
Currently, I am 103.5 kg and struggling to build without so much body fat
BF percentage is around the 19 to 20 and have a gut.

I compete against my head space more than numbers. Too many crashes over many years, both bikes and cars have left me with injuries and numerous operations that I work around as much as I can.

Look forward to reading and learning. I will share whatever experience i have that is of use.

Cheers and thumbs up.

* Click here to start your own training log (don't forget to put a link in your signature to your training diary).
* Once you have started your Training diary click here to add it to the lists (order by weight and order by age) this helps other guys find your log
