I have been experimenting with different kind of eggs recently. Quail and duck to be precise. I love the silkiness of a good quail egg, though I would need to eat two dozen of those tiny things to register in my gut and they are bloody expensive. Duck eggs tastes surprisingly delicious and I enjoy the salted variety that often goes in some asian dishes such as congee.

2 of them runny as slapped on top of short cut bacon on fresh wholemeal bread, bit of barbie sauce and where away.. Eat one of these daily frickin love them .. Also partial to scrambled as well .. Don't mind soft boiled either .. Fuck I just Love good old eggs anyway they come ...
