Good Evening,
My name is Barry and I need to lose some body mass.
I'm 87KG, and over 6 foot.
I do the following per-day (one session);
70 Pushups
300 Situps
Weights;
22.5KG Barbell
13 repetitions of both exercises, (wrists facing up, wrists facing down)
12.5KG Dumbells
13 Repetitions(see images on the right of this page:exrx.net/WeightExercises/Brachioradialis/DBHammerCurl.html
13 Repetitions of Front Raises

13 Repetitions of Shrugs (see above link)
13 Repetitions of Shoulder Presses

I need to decrease mass. (On doctor's advice)
I've been building up too quickly (and putting on a bit of weight) which has stretched my skin beyond repair. The only way to prevent any further damage, is by decreasing mass.
I have considered merely stopping my entire routine, however I'm a little afraid that this will adversely effect my health and make my current muscle turn into fat.
Can I please have some recommendations on how I can safely decrease mass/weight?
