The chair has been recovered 8 times since I lived there lol
Poets Corner in Hyde Park - every second Sunday, you can take down your soap box, milk crate or podium and vent/rage/recite as you wish = hilarity. I would go there with my take away coffee and sit on the grass for the LOL's
(I used to walk home from work along the Thames...and I thought, and still think, London is one of the loneliest cities in the world. You are surrounded by people, but it's white noise....London swallows you whole, but never invites you in - she's a cold mistress!)

I only went to Wales once, in my 7 years in Europe...but my God, it was so SO beautiful, it's all sandy coastland and mountains and castles. Terrific for a romantic weekend away
