Just wondering if 70% bodyweight is ok for a first try at UDLS?

3 years, 5 months, 11.4kg. Not bad I think?

Cheers,

That's a hardcore determined expression in the second pic, lol...good stuff.

My 7yo boy likes to get up on my dip attachment, with the aid of a chair. He then hangs suspended for as long as he can (15-20 seconds) then collapses to the ground. He looks hilarious, he loves it.

That's usually about the extent of his workout...20 seconds...very time-efficient.
