That's what I've gone to now. If I don't enjoy it I don't do it.

I got a strongman log for no other reason than it looked fun. Didn't need it, could work the muscles with what I already had but it's the most fun way to overhead press.

Well , the other side of the coin is to look for exercises that are hard, not easy, but that's fun for me.

Yeah. I generally don't find the easy ones fun. Things like farmers walk, strongman log, deadlifts are a lot more fun than curls, tricep kickbacks and calf raises. For me anyway.
 
Same bazza.

It is a piece of resistance and is similar to a deadlift in how you flip it. It's not very easy to microload though :p
