it is Sunday. Tell us your Victory this week.

Victory this week was an easy one: Yesterday i spent four hours mixing concrete for a mates trench. He's building a brick wall in his backyard and needed about 50 loads of concrete mixed up in the mixer, so i did that for him while he carted with the barra
 
Hit macros (and tried the new KFC double stacker :))
avg weight from 81.3kg to 80.7kg
Went for a run for the first time in a LONG time and made it 15kms.
