I just cant seem to eat anything over the last few days Ive been living on bananas an protein shakes, Normally I eat pretty well lots of steak, chicken pasta etc but now I cant even finish a meal, hope im not getting sick :(

anyone else get this, any tips to get over it?

I was on holidays last week so maybe im just getting lazy :S

It happens to me esp when I'm not training. Just try to eat small frequent meals until appetite returns.
If you are not feeling 100% get a check up.

or smoke some green stuff, surely thats easily available at bundy.

shit i could do that myself, go down to the beach at bargara with a rod and a beer....

My manboobs are testiment to how much this doesnt apply to me... Im eating cheese and crackers right now!!!

I get this too after a while, maybe every 6-8 weeks or so when I have been bulking and trying to eat alot.
I think I just take a break from eating and sort of starve myself for a few days to kickstart a new hunger and growth phase.

I sometimes try a day or two of vege, vege and more vege.
Sometimes I feel a bit heavy in the guts and lose my appetite
so the veges give me a good cleanout and I feel a ton
lighter and ready to go again.
Add some beans, nuts and seeds into the mix for protein etc.
