low bloat creatine?

I have both the BN creatine mono and Creapure from Professional Whey at home right now and I can tell you that there is a real difference in the quality finish of the product. The BN is like beach sand in comparison but once digested I would expect the performance of the creatine to be not much different.

Apparently much of the double blind testing with creatine was done by placing it in warm tea or coffee where is dissolves well so that is how we do it now too :-) In a shake I always felt like it sat for a while in the stomach and took ages to digest.

Also I just purchased USA WPI from Professional Whey as it was exactly the same price as BN just have to look each time you buy.

Finally xwifex if you are low on creatine stores you might also see a nice alertness/cognitive boost. I eat a LOT of meat and I know I did. Recommended to non lifting vegetarians for this reason.

Also a female on the lighter side really only needs around 3g of creatine mono daily. I'm nearly 90kg and take 4-5g daily. Plus creatine containing food.

So 500g of Creapure can go a long way.

Ian has 3 great videos on the subject.
