I love making my own museli, as they say breakfast is the most important meal of the day, and its become my favourite meal where I actually look forward to eating it when I wake up. At the moment my mix goes something like this:
3/4 cup rolled oats
sprinkle easch of dried paw paw, dried apricot, dates, raisins
teaspoon coconut flakes
teaspoon psyllium husks
tablespoon LSA
tablespoon chia seeds
tablespoon natural yoghurt
1 banana, sliced
2 peach halves from tin, sliced
skim milk
spinkle of cinnamon.
