Ok, you're a young dude, that's skinny and eating like a bastard, but still not getting bigger, you're doing all the right stuff in the gym, but you want to add a mass gaining supplement.
What are you going to produce?
Needs to be tasty for you, easy to drink.
Mine.
Half a bottle of *Elgaar full cream bio milk
Two scoops of Dave Drapers chocolate blend
Two desert spoons of vanilla ice cream
Two dollops of cream
Coconut milk optional
Hershey's choc syrup to taste
Add more milk as necessary.
Does that mean that you used these sorts of shakes to get to your current size, but a combination of you looking more to maintain (and therefore your cals being lower) and your metabolism having slowed since you were 16, you don't need them? This might not be true - I'm just curious.
