- This is a great during-workout drink IMO. It really helps my energy levels and hydration stay up as I tend to sweat a fair bit during a workout. I strongly encourage others to try this out
Ingredients:
- Water
- Vitargo S2
- Scivation Xtend
- Peptopro
- Alpha Lipoic Acid (optional)
Procedure:
- Pour 200 mL into a large shaker
- Add 20-25g of Vitargo and shake for 15 seconds
- Pour in another 200 mL and shake until completely blended in
- Add 2 Scoops of Scivation Xtend (roughly 12g)
- Add 5g of Petopro (can be substituted with EEA's)
- Shake until all ingredients are blended
- Add another 300 mL of water (or until shaker is full)
This is roughly a 700 mL drink that will give you fluids,carbs, BCAA's & EEA's as well as anti-oxidants if you add alpha lipoic acid.
Note: To increase effectiveness; 90 mins before workout eat complex carbs & protein as well as drinking plenty of water.
