Hmmmm

I said if you want to lift maximum poundage, do that. I personally prefer full depth olympic squats (hence why I lift girly-man weights :p).

ok people that was a bit of a troll (oly lifting fan here). That squat is definitely to parallel and a rather impressive feat of strength. Are we happy now?
