Hey all. Thought id introduce myself. Melbourne bloke here. Been back into training for 2 months since a shoulder injury put me out for the best part of a year. I do body weights and compound excercises mainly. My plan isnt to get huge but just have good overall strength as it helps with dirt bike racing.
Roids have always intrigued me and i have researched them for years. i probably would have already cycled.
Thanks. You wouldn't beleive it. I went to bed fine and woke up in crippling pain. I somehow managed to hurt a muscle in my back under my trap which in turn put alot of pressure on all the nerves than ran into my neck and over my shoulder down my left arm. It was the same as having a badly pinched nerve although it affected quite a few nerves as there is a nerve complex under the muscle. Took many months for the the muscle and nerves to come good. So it wasnt a specific shoulder injury but I felt the most pain on the back of my shoulder.
