Hey Everyone,
I'm getting right into body building, and am getting obsessed. I love going to the gym everyday and lifting weights.
I'm just looking into supps and protein powders to help my progress, and can't wait to attend a few body building events (just as a guest for now, but who knows where I may end up)
If you have any advice, feedback, I welcome it all.....it probably doesn't need to be said, but I am female, and am wanting to eventually get into competition. I have hired a PT before to help me on my way, but now feel confident hitting to gym on my own, and also another female friend who wants to get into competition.
What are your views on Amino Acids. I have been doing some research and getting mixed reviews, however I would love to hear from ya and your personal experiences....I am looking at adding l-glutamine to my post workout supps. I currently use a pre-work out and post workout I drink protein powder.
