Is it normal when doing Standing Wrist Curls working on both forearms but only feel the burn in one arm ? I think because i'm only feeling the burn in one arm that my right forearm is bigger than my left. could that be true, or am i way off ?

yes it is quite normal to feel a burn in the less dominant side

Just to add to this thread, would this have any impact o nthe muscles, or will the less dominant sooner or later catch up?

yes , given time the less dominant muscle will slowly catch up
