I can do 2, but not properly, I hold my wrist with my other hand.
I can't do one....
Can do 20 strict bodyweight pull ups, but I have really long arms for my height, so it's so hard to get started from the stretched starting position.
can anyone on this forum do one? i've been training to get one for about 2 months, i can get the top of my head to the bar but no further.![]()
