me and my girlfirend sometimes do a P90X dvd, and they are actually pretty good, ia ma basically a fitness fanatic, more into body building though, but they are a good workout for something different for a cardio session, you can use small dumbells instead of stupid bands, but im guessing most people would struggle getting through this with out any extra weight, this is the only dvd workout program i would recommend, but to supplement other training not just on its own
