Plain black olympic plates

Anyone know where to get these in Brisbane?

The plates I find in the stores up here are the grey easygrip type, or with some sort of pattern on them. I just don't like the look. I'm after some like the guy in this vid is using - [ame=http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VsjBVQ6Kk4E]JAMES HENDERSON 10 MINUTES TO 6 - YouTube[/ame]

Good vid, btw. Ridiculously strong bencher with quite a bit of personality (James Henderson).

Yeah we seem to have have crappy plates available here that are either too thick, not the right diameter or both. Unless you go to competition plates.

Awesome vid - great post mate. What a monster and seemed a decent guy.

Nothing to add on the plates though sorry dude.

We've only got old ones left at work (like 4, and a couple out of boxes) but I think they were $300 a pair for the warehouse sale last year lol

No idea on Ivanko's. Trent or Sticky would have a better idea of how much they are from ABC.

*edit*
Wingy beat me to it
Tbh though if you called up and made an offer you'd be in with a shot

See even they are still 4.9 cm thick, which isn't great and expensive as hell if that is per plate.

Hmm, considering some MM bumper plates then, 2 pairs of 25s would do nicely, and help me fulfill my stupid dream of benching an olympic bar + 2 red plates either side

How much for 4 red plates hulk? Cost-10% + delivery?

york metal plates.

dodgy lookign site but..
YORK Cast Iron Weight Plates

"Just visit your local York Authorised Retailer in Sydney, 452 Parramatta Road; or call 02 955 00 567"

There's a shop in underwood called power plus fitness. They stock muscle motion Olympic plates. Hes willing to price match which is a win win for me

Those "standard" plates look great and old school.
